Statute

SHORT STORE REGULATIONS:

STORAGE:

We have the goods in our warehouse in Krakow (does not apply to pre-sale mats).

SHIPPING:

  • We ship orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We ship mats in packages: 4 cm to 30 pieces; 2cm to 60pcs.
  • We ship mats on pallets: 4 cm from 31 pieces, 2 cm from 61 pieces.
  • We send parcels by courier from Poland directly to the specified address abroad via Polish and foreign shipping companies.
  • We ship the goods to the address specified in the shop form
  • All shipments are insured.
  • We will ship the goods after receipt of money in the account.

DELIVERY:

  • We deliver the goods directly to the recipient's location via courier companies.
  • The delivery time depends on the carrier and is approximately 7 working days.
  • The shipping costs are calculated by the system after the appropriate amount of goods have been placed in the shopping cart.
  • Delivery to countries outside the list must be agreed in advance with the store and transport will be calculated individually.
  • During the pre-holiday periods, the order fulfillment time may be extended.

PACKAGING:

  • Packages with mats are secured with protective cardboard and an overhang + each mat is secured on four sides with protective edges.

VAT:

  • For each order we issue a company VAT invoice or a personal invoice according to the data contained in the form.
  • Invoices are automatically sent via email via the accounting software.

SHIPMENT STATUS:

  • In order to determine the shipment status, please check the shipment number on the carrier's website.
  • Please clarify delivery delays directly with the carrier.
  • The tracking number is sent by e-mail.

OTHER TERMS:

  • All products are new and under warranty.
  • The mat is a machine cast made of EVA foam, therefore minor defects may occur on its surface, such as discoloration, abrasions, structure and surface defects, dents, streaks, scratches, dirt, slight differences in the shade of the mat, minimal differences in the height of the puzzle. These defects do not constitute more than 1% of the mat surface or concern a difference in thickness of +/- 1 - 1.5 mm - they do not have any influence on the physical parameters of the goods.   • Specify the parameters of the item to be shipped, i.e. color, size, etc. - if they result from the auction.
  • In the absence of information, we ship the item at random.
  • The mats are machine-made goods - the shop reserves the right to make changes to the color, joints and external structure for later deliveries. Purchasing a specific mat does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase the same mat later.
  • If you would like to combine the mats with mats you have already purchased, please contact us BEFORE PURCHASE. (You can find information about this in the auction description)
  • Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do sprawdzenia prawidłowości danych Zamawiającego przed wysłaniem towaru (telefonicznie lub e-mailem) i/lub anulowania zamówienia bez podania przyczyny.
  • We reserve the right to use photos and videos for advertising purposes presenting products purchased from us - published on generally available social networks and websites with a clear indication of their author / owner.

RETURNS:

  • Returns are regulated by the applicable law "on consumer rights"
  • A consumer who has purchased goods online may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This applies to unused goods.
  • The seller is obliged not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract to return to the customer the payments made by him for the goods together with the cost of delivery.
  • The seller returns the payment to the bank account indicated in the "withdrawal form"
  • The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product to the seller, unless the seller has agreed to bear them.
  • The right to withdraw from the contract is not granted to the consumer when: the purchased goods show signs of use, the purchased goods have been damaged by the consumer, the purchased goods have been delivered in a sealed package and lose their value after opening, the purchased goods have been separated and reconnected and are no longer of full value , an original product (e.g. for mats and their edges).
  • The goods must be originally packed and may not show signs of use.
  • To make a return you must:

  • Return the goods (along with the proof of purchase + the withdrawal form) to the following address: Gym4 Sp. zo.o al. 29 November 94, 31-411 Krakow.

COMPLAINTS:

  • All products offered in the store are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover mechanical damage (such as: dents, tears, abrasions, cuts, etc.) and damage caused by careless or improper use not in accordance with the intended use.
  • Complaints regarding mechanical damage to products and / or shipments arising during transport will be considered provided that a damage report is drawn up in the presence of the person delivering the product / courier at the time of delivery of the product.
  • The seller is not responsible for damage to the product caused by the use of the product contrary to its intended use or failure to follow the seller's recommendations, improper installation, application, storage, maintenance, cleaning or use of the products.
  • To make a complaint:
  • - notify the store by e-mail about the defect by sending a notification to the following address: info@gym4shop.com and
  • - send the goods to the following address: Gym4 Sp. zo.o al. 29Listopada 94, 31-411 Kraków (along with a description of the complaint and information about the order number / purchase document).
  • The goods will be accepted during the warehouse opening hours (see: Other Information).
  • The advertised product is sent by the Buyer at his own expense. The store does not accept cash on delivery parcels.
  • The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 business days.
  • The deadline for making a complaint depends on the manufacturer and is from 1 to 3 months.
